With 22 races scheduled, the season is still in progress after nine grands prix and six sprint weekends. So far, Mercedes has set the pace, winning seven of the first nine races, while Ferrari has taken the other two. There have been four different race winners: Andrea Kimi Antonelli, George Russell, Lewis Hamilton, and Charles Leclerc.
The title fight is currently led by Antonelli on 179 points, ahead of Russell on 154 and Hamilton on 147. The points gaps indicate a three-driver contest at the front, although Antonelli has established the clearest advantage through five victories and seven podiums in nine rounds. Russell remains close through two wins and five podiums, while Hamilton has stayed in contention with one win and five podiums. Leclerc, fourth on 108 points, won the British Grand Prix and has three podiums.
Antonelli’s run has been the central competitive story. After Russell won the Australian Grand Prix, Antonelli won five of the next six races: China, Japan, Miami, Canada, and Monaco. His pole tally of five also matches his win total, while Russell has four poles. Ferrari interrupted the Mercedes sequence through Hamilton in Barcelona and Leclerc at Silverstone.
In the constructors’ standings, Mercedes leads with 333 points to Ferrari’s 255, with McLaren third on 179. Within the current competitive context, this is shaping as a Mercedes-led season rather than a fully one-sided campaign, because multiple drivers remain relatively close in the standings and two teams have shared the wins.
